At Renow, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your technology. All devices must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Renow account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
