The Baratza Vario+ is a versatile home coffee grinder featuring 54 mm ceramic flat burrs.
The Vario+ coffee grinder offers time-based dosing accurate to a tenth of a second. It can store up to three of your most popular dose presets, simplifying your morning coffee routine.
The Vario+ excels as an espresso grinder, factory-calibrated for the finest settings, and also suitable for manual brewing methods. Its flat burrs are easily calibrated using the included special calibration tool.
A powerful, high-torque DC motor effortlessly drives the burrs. The motor operates at a slow speed, ensuring cool, quiet performance and enabling extended grinding cycles. It is equipped with an automatically resetting thermal cut-off switch.
The Vario+ comes standard with a durable metal portafilter holder and a conventional 180g ground coffee bin.
To maximize freshness, the Vario+ minimizes the amount of residual ground coffee left in the grinder. Two LED lights allow you to monitor the grinding process in the coffee bin or portafilter.
